What to tell us
When it happens: from cold or once it’s warm, at idle or only high in the revs. When it started, and whether anything happened just before, like a jet wash or a spill.
If a warning light comes on, take a photo of it. If the noise comes and goes, a video on your phone helps a lot.
If you can see oil or petrol under the bike, or it’s smoking when it never used to, tell us as soon as you arrive.
